GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Studio Felix Koller to businesses and consumers.
2. Formation of contract
A contract is formed through written acceptance of a proposal or an order confirmation. Proposals are subject to change and non-binding.
3. Scope of services
The scope of services is defined in the relevant proposal or contract. Changes or additional services require a written agreement.
4. Prices
All prices are net and exclude statutory VAT.
Additional services are charged separately.
5. Payment terms
Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 7 days without deduction.
In the event of late payment, interest will be charged at the statutory rate.
6. Ownership and usage rights
All work remains the property of Studio Felix Koller until payment has been received in full.
Usage rights are transferred to the client only after full payment.
7. Copyright
All creative work (concepts, designs, copy, campaigns, etc.) is protected by copyright. Disclosure to third parties requires written consent.
8. Liability
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. No liability is accepted for indirect damage or loss of profit.
9. Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions apply.
10. Jurisdiction
Where permissible, the court with subject-matter jurisdiction in Hartberg shall have jurisdiction.

Personal data (name, email address, telephone number, etc.) is processed exclusively to fulfil contracts, prepare proposals or respond to enquiries.
